About Gaitz
Tonya Gaitz, guided early in her career by her father, Charles Gaitz—an expert HVAC technician—has earned both Unlimited Licenses in Environmental Air and Unlimited Process Refrigeration. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social science from the University of Houston-Downtown and is also a licensed Texas Realtor. With over 12 years of experience in industrial inspections and quality management, Tonya brings a strong foundation of expertise and precision to her work.
Gaitz provides service to various types of customers due to our wide range of equipment knowledge and experience. Gaitz services the residential market as well as the commercial market, with equipment ranging from ¾ tonnage up to 20 plus tons to include homes, medical facilities, operating rooms, machine shops, retail stores etc. Gaitz services Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, Chillers, Walk In Coolers, Freezers, Wine Coolers, Ice Machines and Various others.
