Family Owned & Operated
Tonya Gaitz is a second-generation HVACR technician and the founder of Gaitz HVACR, a woman-owned and operated company established in 2014 to support her father, Charles A. Gaitz. She first stepped into the family business helping with billing, but that lasted about a week before she moved into the field as his helper. From running service calls out of her RAV4 to becoming a licensed professional in process refrigeration and environmental air (Class A), Tonya has built her career on grit, integrity, and technical excellence.
Passionate about developing the next generation of technicians using the latest technology, Tonya serves on the CTE advisory boards for Klein Cain (Klein ISD) and Alief ISD, helping bridge the gap between education and industry. She is a proud Daikin Comfort Pro partner, an active member of Women in HVACR, and a strong supporter of the Grit Foundation, reflecting her commitment to workforce development and expanding opportunities in the skilled trades.
